Rev. Jeff Caldwell is a pastor, teacher, author, Army veteran, and co-founder of Journey Church of Winchester. His life’s mission is centered on helping people discover their identity in Christ and walk in the freedom, authority, and purpose God intended for them.
Jeff’s story is one of transformation.
Raised in difficult circumstances and shaped by seasons of rejection, hardship, and poverty, he experienced firsthand the struggles that often distort a person’s sense of identity. Through a life-changing encounter with God’s grace, Jeff discovered that true freedom comes not from circumstances but from understanding who God created us to be.
Before entering ministry, Jeff served nearly a decade in the United States Army, including assignments with the 3rd Infantry Division, 5th Infantry Division, and the 82nd Airborne Division. His military service developed the discipline, resilience, leadership, and perseverance that continue to influence his ministry today.
Jeff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northwood University and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Biblical Studies through John Hobson Bible College.
